1. Introduction

Welcome to Luxury Lifestyle Services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


2. Services Provided

Luxury Lifestyle Services offers a range of concierge services designed to enhance your stay in the Dominican Republic. These services include, but are not limited to, travel and transportation, accommodation assistance, dining and entertainment arrangements, tour and activity planning, wellness and personal care, shopping assistance, event planning, household services, recreational services, pet services, and business support.


3. Limitation of Liability

While Luxury Lifestyle Services strives to provide exceptional service, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party vendors, service providers, or any unforeseen circumstances.


4. Third-Party Services

Luxury Lifestyle Services collaborates with various third-party vendors and service providers. Although we make every effort to ensure that these providers are reliable and professional, we are not responsible for their actions, services, or any issues that may arise. Any disputes or claims must be addressed directly with the third-party provider.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating with Luxury Lifestyle Services to facilitate the smooth delivery of services. This includes, but is not limited to, providing correct travel details, adhering to agreed-upon schedules, and informing us of any specific needs or preferences.


6. Payments and Refunds

Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in our pricing structure. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Luxury Lifestyle Services.


7. Changes and Cancellations

Clients may request changes or cancellations to booked services. Luxury Lifestyle Services will do its best to accommodate such requests; however, changes and cancellations may be subject to fees or non-refundable deposits as per our policy and the policies of third-party providers.


8. Confidentiality

Luxury Lifestyle Services respects your privacy and will handle your personal information with care. We will not share your details with third parties except as necessary to provide the services you have requested or as required by law.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.


10. Amendments

Luxury Lifestyle Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.


11. Acknowledgment

By using Luxury Lifestyle Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.

Return and Refund Policy

Luxury Lifestyle Services Refund Policy


1. Introduction

At Luxury Lifestyle Services, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services purchased through our company. Please read this policy carefully.


2. General Policy

Luxury Lifestyle Services offers a range of premium concierge services. Refunds for these services are considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Luxury Lifestyle Services. We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and promptly.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Provided: If a service was not provided as agreed upon, a full or partial refund may be considered.
  • Service Cancellation: If a service is cancelled by Luxury Lifestyle Services or a third-party provider, a full or partial refund may be considered.
  • Client Cancellation: If a client cancels a service, refunds will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 6 of this policy.


4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure bookings that are explicitly stated as non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Services: Services provided by third-party vendors or service providers, which are subject to their own refund policies.
  • Completed Services: Services that have already been provided and completed.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a Request: Contact us via email at info@luxurylifestyleservices.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide detailed information about the service, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
  • Review Process: Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt. During this time, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.
  • Decision Notification: You will be notified of our decision regarding your refund request via email.


6. Cancellation Terms

  • Client Cancellations: If a client cancels a service, the following terms apply:
    • More than 30 days before service date: Full refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees.
    • 15-30 days before service date: 50% refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees.
    • Less than 15 days before service date: No refund.
  • Company Cancellations: If Luxury Lifestyle Services cancels a service, clients will receive a full refund, including any deposits paid.


7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Luxury Lifestyle Services is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes or third-party payment providers.


8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us at info@luxurylifestyleservices.com. We will conduct a secondary review and provide a final decision.


9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.
